I agree to be bound by the Winter Cup Sailing Competition Rules as well as all other rules and laws governing this event. I understand that the organizer accepts no responsibility for loss of life or injury, or for loss or damage to any vessel or equipment. I also declare that I assume all responsibility for damage caused to third parties and their belongings on land and at sea as a result of my participation in this Regatta. I declare that I have valid third-party insurance covering me while sailing in the Winter cup regatta.
